Julie Frank— SPARK Team

Julie Frank brings over 17 years of nonprofit and corporate expertise in physical activity and wellness. She previously managed SPARK's significant partnerships with organizations including Nike and the American Diabetes Association (2002–2015), providing consultation across the U.S. and internationally. Living with Type 1 diabetes since 1986, Julie champions active, healthy lifestyles. She earned a Community Health Education degree from UW-La Crosse and completed Master of Public Health coursework at San Diego State University. Certified as a Health Education Specialist since 2000, she enjoys surfing, running, and hiking in San Diego.
