SPARK Physical Education Curriculum

You can order SPARK equipment & music with an order form or online.

To Order using an Order Form:

Choose the equipment from the order forms below. If ordering a complete list, simply print off the corresponding list. To customize your order, include a modified equipment list with the item name, the item number, and the price.

Equipment Lists/Order Forms:

• Early Childhood:  Classroom Kit, Standard, or Premium
• K-2 PE:  Standard or Premium
